Please help us ensure your satisfaction. Plants are living beings and their condition can change rapidly, therefore please be notify us immediately at the time of unboxing if you are unsatisfied for any reason.
1. If you are unsatisfied when a plant arrives, you may immediately return the undamaged or damaged plant back to us for a full refund (upon our receipt). Buyer must pay for Return Shipping.
2. If you would like to keep damaged plants in exchange for half-price store credit, please let us know and credit can be issued immediately.
3. If you have buyers' remorse as to any purchase you may cancel at any time BEFORE we generate a shipping tracking number. Act quickly, we usually process orders on the date of purchase.

***Shipping charge that is paid to the USPS(and other services) by buyers for the service you use are NONE refundable. We understand you pay shipping for a healthy plant that we sell(otherwise you'll be notified), but during transition and when it your hands we don't know what would happen to it. So it is always a risk with live plant for both ends. However, we can help you with plants issue but for shipping you can claim that with USPS as shipping cost isn't paying to us. If you refer to print your own label, you are welcome to. However, we need to have label IMMEDIATE after purchase and we are Not responsible for any damage or dead plants while waiting for your label.
